With more than 15 years of experience in the field of mental health, I use my knowledge and expertise, along with my passion for empowering people, to offer courses and consultations aimed at helping individuals become the best version of themselves. My primary focus is on working women and children who suffer from anxiety. I guide parents through the conscious and holistic parenting journey by providing tailored workshops and private sessions that nurture young minds at different developmental stages.
