Refunds and Returns will not be possible on product purchases. A “no-show” session and sessions cancelled 24 hours prior are payable except in emergencies. No discounts or concessions are offered except when already on special offer or package.

Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it is considered final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

Non-Transferable: Booked sessions and workshop registrations are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another person or rescheduled for a different date or time.
