No Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sharmee Divan maintains a strict no cancellation and no refund policy. This policy applies to all services offered, including but not limited to:

  • Counseling and Therapy Sessions

  • Workshops and Educational Programs

  • Online and In-Person Consultations

Refunds and Returns will not be possible on product purchases. A “no-show” session and sessions cancelled 24 hours prior are payable except in emergencies. No discounts or concessions are offered except when already on special offer or package.

Important Considerations

  1. Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it is considered final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

  2. Non-Transferable: Booked sessions and workshop registrations are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another person or rescheduled for a different date or time.

  3. Commitment to Service: We value your commitment to personal growth and mental well-being. Our no cancellation and no refund policy is in place to encourage consistent participation and dedication to the therapeutic process.
